Have you tried out the recipes that I posted last week as yet? It feels really good to be eating clean and it’s helped me experiment with ingredients I’ve never used before too.
Now when people ask me what’s my favourite cuisine, there’s no second thoughts I have because Italian has always been too close to my heart and I’m pretty sure I’ll end up marrying one!
Unfortunately, when we’re talking healthy, Pasta is usually not the best option you look at. You’ll find dishes loaded with cheese, heavy sauces and greasy meat that contains high carbohydrates and calories. But that’s not how all pasta dishes are cooked.
Ever heard of Aglio E Olio? It’s one of the healthiest form of pasta dishes you can eat. Usually made with just olive oil and garlic, I’ve done my own twist to it making it healthy and tasty at the same time.
I’ve used Whole Wheat Pasta, Low Fat Milk and Olive Oil. It can’t get more healthier than this! 😉
