I’ve spent all my childhood eating Goa sausages. Whether it was mum cooking it at home or looking for a small joint in the by lanes of Goa that served it. There’s just something about this meat dish that makes it so popular!
Reliving my childhood memories, I experimented with these deep red, flavoured sausage links and came about with two dishes.
