Dark Chocolate Trip

Apologies, apologies for keeping you’ll waiting this long. If you’re following me on social media, a lot has been happening. I’ve just finished 12 months of my pastry school and yessss I survived it!! I’ve been working part time in a bakery that makes me a vegetable at the end of my shift. And lastly, the most exciting news of them all…. I’m coming back home after a year ❤️

Now that calls for a celebration yeah? 😉

Well, I don’t need drugs to get me high, chocolate does the job just as well. I’m totally obsessed with chocolate. I don’t know what I’ll do if it becomes existent.

With Christmas around the corner, I’ve been experimenting as usual. You will see me baking everyday that I am back home. But before I leave, had to share one of my latest experimentation that is perfect if you get unexpected guests at your doorstep. Best part- it consists only of three ingredients thanks to Coles (this is not a sponsored post though)

I love shopping at Coles especially when I have to bake something. They always seem to have everything I need.

Anyways, going back to my recipe. The only thing you’ve got to be careful about is whisking the chocolate into the cream quickly before it starts to set.

There’s no rocket science in this recipe otherwise. Get your kids to try it this Summer too. They will have a ball of a time!

Happy Holidays🎄
