How about a chop?

There’s nothing one cannot like about pork chops. They are tender, juicy and tasty pieces of meat.

But they can also be a disaster if you don’t get the right cuts and flavours in.

Here’s my recipe:

  • 1/2 kg Pork Chops
  • 2 onions small chopped
  • Olive oil

For the sauce:

  1. Wash and clean the pork chops to remove all rubbish. Keep aside.
  2. In a small bowl, add all the ingredients to make the sauce and mix well.
  3. Marinate the pork chops with this sauce. Rub through so the sauce goes in and refrigerate for around 6 hours or overnight.
  4. The longer you keep it, the better it tastes.
  5. Take it out and cook the pork chops in a pressure cooker for an hour till cooked.
  6. After its cooked, in another pan, add some oil and toss in the chopped onions. Keep frying them till they brown and caramelize. Once done, add the pork chops and let it dry up.
  7. Serve with stir fried mushrooms
