#Meatless Mondays: Butter Garlic Broccoli Stir fry

Since I’m on a health food journey and trying my best to stay away from all that ‘heartattack’ food, I decided to try out the whole #MeatlessMondays campaign.

Planning to continue it for the weeks to come but let’s see how it goes for now…

Today, I came back from a run and a 90 minutes workout so decided to make something simple and quick but still it’s got to be yummy.

Don’t worry, it’s very low on the calories too!

Butter Garlic Broccoli Stir Fry

Instructions
  1. Wash and let the broccoli rest in salted water for about 30 minutes.
  2. After a while, boil water in a vessel. Once the water starts boiling, add the broccoli into the water and cook for 15-20 minutes. Keep aside.
  3. In the meanwhile, add the butter, garlic and chilli flakes in a pan. Saute the broccoli for 5 minutes and serve.
  4. Say hello to healthy Summer days!
