Dark Chocolate Trip
  1. Place the biscuits in between two sheets of silicone paper. Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, melt butter and mix in the crushed biscuits.
  3. Transfer to a round dish and press down. Chill in freezer for about 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, melt the chocolate over a bain-marie. Cool down. Whisk into semi-whipped cream.
  5. Take out dish from freezer and add the cream mixture. Rest in the fridge to set.
  6. Melt the remaining chocolate. Transfer to piping bag. Once set, pipe lines across or you can do whatever design you like. Garnish with strawberries
