Ragi Chocolate Cookies
A staple grain to the residents of Karnataka, this mullet adds so much magic to these cookies.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and grease a baking tray.
In a bowl, whisk together ragi, cocoa powder and salt.
In another bowl, cream the mashed banana and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the flour mixture and bring together to form a firm dough.
Gradually, add the milk as the dough gets dry.
Cut the cookies into desired shapes and place the cookies on the baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes or until edges start to darken.
Remove from the oven and transfer onto a cooling rack.
