Instructions
  1. In a pan, cook the butter, sugar, jaggery, glucose and honey until it starts to boil.
  2. In a bowl, place the flour and spices. Mix well.
  3. Once the butter mixture starts to boil, add the flour, spices, nuts and fruit. Let it thicken for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Weigh 30g of the mixture into each silver foil. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow the Florentines to cool on a wire rack.
  6. Once cooled, dip each Florentine into the tempered chocolate and place on baking paper to set.
