Here is my journey on becoming the next Indian Pasta Lady. The Italians have always been close to my heart. Love the way they cook with so much of love.

This is a baked pasta dish with all the possible veggies and beef mince!

And some raw meat cutlets to go with it…

Recipe for the Simple Bechamel Sauce

  1. Good pinch of salt and pepper
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add the flour. Keep stirring for a minute so that the flour cooks with the butter. Slowly add milk and whisk continuously with a beater so that it doesn’t form lumps. Continue this process till you get the right consistency. Keep stiring till it starts boiling and the sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in the parmesan, cheddar, salt and pepper.
